scored 6080. Played in Brave browser and didn't get any music but in Chrome it worked perfectly. This was was very relaxing and engaging. I found between 4000 and 6000 it didn't feel like the pace was increasing.
That said, I think I would require a lot of practice to go even faster. This game was great because it has capacity to have expanded modes with fast intense gameplay but also a zen mode more focused on the rhythm and being centred.
The halo of music notes around the player confused me as I thought it was a shield and so left some of the meteors since I didn't think they'd hit the character.
All round a solid entry.
Hey Althasor - big thanks for detailed feedback, this is awesome. I liked the halo so much that I really wanted to keep it :) But I definitely need to find some use for it..
After confusing it for a shield I thought it might be some sort of power. Like to clear the screen or slow meteors and so I mashed a bunch of buttons to see if anything happened. Considering the music element it could be something intended to be used at certain points in a tune? Hope you find a use for it!
You’re not far from truth - we wanted to have a space bar super power that would cause the note explosion and clear everything on screen! But we didn’t have time to add that in..
